Michael H. Crawford, Is the General Manager of Seventy Seven Subaru, in Show Low, Arizona. He also is a Christian motivational speaker and businessman. He has devoted 43 Years of leadership to the automotive industry. Beginning as a salesman, in 1979 at Mel Clayton Ford in Phoenix, Arizona. He won every sales challenge, and soon was promoted to Sales Manager, New Car Manager, Used Car Manager, Finance Manager, GSM, General Manager, and then was Blessed with Dealer ownership. Today, as General Manager at Seventy Seven Subura In Show Low, Arizona. Michael continues to be sought-after for his motivating approach to improving employee morale and performance. 

As past keynote speaker at Chase Bank, KIA Motors Finance, and Wells Fargo Acceptance dealers's Account Representatives annual meeting, Mr. Crawford has educated buyers and Bank personnel on the many facets of the automotive business. He has also served on the board of the KIA National Dealer Council, which acts as a liaison between the KIA Dealerships of the Western Region and the KIA Motors Factory.

He has been the recipient of many prestigious awards such as Kia Motors Dealer's Presidents Award. And he received the Top President's Award for 5 years for both sales volume and customer satisfaction, and has helped dealerships across the country achieve the same awards. Results include improving dealer operations and profitability; rescuing some from near franchise loss; to helping many dealers become number one in their region in volume, profitability, and Customer Service Index (CSI).

Mr. Crawford believes leadership, motivation, training and accountability, are crucial elements in business, and that the true catalyst for success is a relationship with Christ Jesus. In testament to his strong focus on relationship-building, he uses his positive attitude to touch someone's life and improve their individual perspective of the world daily. 

Get Excited Ministries was an avenue he used to reach people from all walks of life, through national radio and television platforms. The first step was to go national with his Christian Television show, The Get Excited Show in Arizona that aired on AZ-TV Channel 7 Cox 13. To accomplish this, in a bold leap of faith, he sold his top-ranking dealerships: Peoria KIA of Peoria, Arizona and Michael Crawford KIA of Avondale, Arizona.  However, the day before a meeting with a top executive at the Word Network, God spoke to Mr. Crawford, telling him he could reach more people for Christ Jesus by staying in the Automotive industry.

Thus, after selling his dealerships, he became General Manager and 10% Owner of Sacramento KIA, in Sacramento, California which he got selling over 1,800 new vehicles under his direction. This earned the dealership a spot among the top 18 Kia Dealerships in the world. 

After increasing the profitability of Cal Superstores' Kia Dealership for more than three and a half years, he was recruited by Seth Gaston, to bring his dynamic energy and success to Seventy Seven Subura. Again, Mr. Crawford notes that through God's orchestration, he was connected with Mr. Gaston through a mutual longtime friend and colleague, who had insisted the two meet. 

Seventy Seven Subaru is a "God-first company", and proudly states this in public communications.  In fact, it was only late in the afternoon, when Michael and Seth, two new best friends joked, "We should probably discuss business!" Things just seemed to align in the way they do when a higher power is at the reigns. Mr. Crawford's conviction that God wanted him to come and join Hatch Auto Sales, DBA Seventy Seven Subura was underscored by the company's similar value system, and the fact that they "walk the walk".  For example When Mr. Crawford started the Get Excited Ministry years ago, his mission was to share God's Blessings and his message with as many people as possible. That is why one of his requirements in making the move out to Show Low, Arizona to join Hatch Auto Sales DBA Seventy Seven Subura he was to be able to continue his daily Get Excited Christian radio show. The show now airs every day on your Spotify App. Mr. Crawford often ties parables from his professional life into scripture and his daily Christian message. He believes - and is a living example - that "it's a Christ-minded attitude, not aptitude, that determines altitude". It should therefore be no surprise that he was called to serve under the Hatch Auto Group, DBA Seventy Seven Subura whose motto is "we'll never loose your business over a dollar."

Today, Mr. Crawford can be seen on the showroom floor, energizing his team and customers with a boisterous, "Get Excited!" while extending high fives to anyone within reach. Mr. Crawford also believes that selling cars is what he does, It's not who he is as a person.  He is a true ambassador for Christ Jesus, with no shame of professing his love for Christ Jesus wherever he goes. 

I am originally from Tucson, but I have lived on the mountain for about 7-8 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and a good hike. I wanted to work in the automotive industry because there is opportunity for growth and advancement. I really like that 77 Subaru was a new dealership, so it's almost like I am able to grow with the company. I am excited to see how much we grow. I like working with the people here at 77 Subaru. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. We all try to assure all our customers are treated like family. We will always try to find a way to get your desired outcome.

I am originally from Tucson, Arizona. I enjoy golfing and fishing. I have several years of experience within the automotive industry. I choose to work for 77 Subaru because Michael Crawford offered me the opportunity and position to be 77 Subaru's Service Director. I enjoy working with my fellow employees and helping customers receive quality services. I would like to help customers specifically by listening to their automotive mechanical needs and issues and fixing their vehicles the first time and on time. 

I was born and raised in Roy, Utah and I moved to Show Low, Arizona in July of 2021. I enjoy riding my RZR, golfing, hanging out with friends, family, and my 2 frenchies (Beth and Walker) Growing up I knew I wanted to help people. In Utah I was working as a firefighter & EMS, but when I moved to Arizona I wanted to continue helping people in a different way. Working as a service advisor, I am still able to pursue my dream of helping others, by helping them fix their automotive issues. I chose to work for 77 Subaru because my husband and I bought a Subaru for the first time, and I fell in love with Subaru. I enjoy working with my amazing customers and coworkers most. I would like to help my customers by listening to their needs. I strive to make them feel at ease and leave here happy about their service experience. 

I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona. I enjoy gardening, cooking, interior design, repurposing furniture, and outdoor activities. I was raised in the automotive industry since my Dad was a sales manager, in a wholesale dealer for over 50 years. I wanted to work for 77 Subaru because it is a new & up-and-coming dealership. I am happy to have the opportunity to be a part of the growth within the company. I enjoy working here at 77 Subaru because I get to interact with the amazing staff and customers on a daily basis. I am from Show Low, Arizona and I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hunting, and riding ATV's. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my son. I chose to work in the dealership industry in order to expand my knowledge of parts and the automotive business. I am from Silver City, New Mexico. I enjoy making music, riding my side by side, and spending time with my family. I was originally born in Sonora, Mexico but I've lived in Snowflake, Arizona for 20 years. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to lakes, and travelling. I was looking for a career change, and then I started working in the dealership industry. I wanted to work for 77 Subaru because it is a new dealership, and it seems like a great place to start in the automotive industry. I like working here at 77 Subaru because I am able to meet new people every day, and help them purchase a vehicle. 

I was born in Holbrook, Arizona and raised in Joseph City, Arizona. I enjoy bow hunting, fishing, camping, horseback riding, spending time with my wife and kids, and now my new grand baby. I work at the dealership in the off season of fire season. I am a wildland firefighter. I have been a firefighter/EMS for over 28 years. I enjoy the management here at 77 Subaru. I have worked for other dealerships, however I enjoy working for Michael Crawford. I am originally from Puerto Rico. I enjoy spending time with my wife, by taking her on long ridges, romantic dinners, and travelling to see new places and people. The pandemic allowed me to move outside of my comfort zone and explore the dealership industry. I am from Tucson, Arizona and I moved to Show Low when I was 13 years old, and now I call the White Mountains home. I enjoy the outdoors, listening to all types of music, and detailing cars. I find it satisfying to watch a vehicles transformation from dirty to clean. I was brought into the dealership industry by Mr. Crawford. He wanted me to be the detailer here at 77 Subaru, because of my passion for detailing. I like working at 77 Subaru because it is different from any other dealerships.
